1. Usually we will process your orders in the next 24 hours after payment, cargo will be shipped out within 1~3 workdays (in stock), 3~7 workdays (Out of Stock)
2. We can't deliver to P.O Box. Please make sure the shipping address is the same as what's filled in aliexpress order.
Tips For Customers
1.Europe customers, we recommend to ship via "DHL" (No need to provide EORI Number),if you choose "FedEx" ,please provide the EORI Number.
2.Middle East & Eygpt Customer, Recommended Use "Aramex" or "TNT"
3.Russia customers please give the receiver's FULL NAME.
(Recommended Use "EMS" or "DHL",if you wanna Cheap,please choose "Seller's Shipping Method",Shippinng time around 25 days~30 days)
4.Brazil customers please tell your tax no. (CNPJ NO. or CPF NO.) if choose DHL or FedEx.
About Remote area fee (excluded), for addresses listed in the Remote areas on DHL/Fedex website, will be charged an extra 35 USD.
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fees, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend
cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
Return and Refund
In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.
Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight)
Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced.Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.It is the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost.
All returns must be confirmed by our after service staff, we are not liable for any return package without prior notice.
For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.
One Year Warranty(accessories not included).
Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
